  • 200g of your preferred noodles

  • 200g beef rolls (thin slices)

  • 4 tablespoons chilli oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the chilli oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt to create the sauce. Set aside.

  3. In a wok or large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over high heat. Add the beef rolls and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

  4. In the same wok, add a teaspoon of oil and the minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant and slightly golden. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to heat them through.

  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.

  6. Top the noodles with the beef rolls, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
